Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
